Monthly meetings – January –June ,

1^st Monday of the month, 7pm

       Parish House on Main St. bottom of hill from church

January – New Pledges for teacher salaries

Start soliciting items for silent auction

                        Prepare for Hunger for Haiti with youth

            March 30-31, 2012 – Hunger for Haiti

(30 fast with youth to raise awareness and pledges

for funds for Les Palmes)

            April 28, 2012 Wine Tasting/Silent Auction

            October 20, 2012 – Pasta Supper/basket raffle

Visit from Pastor of Our Lady of the Presentation in

Les Palmes, Haiti

            November 2012 – Holiday Fair, Craft sales from

Haiti’s Back Porch

The ministry has been shipping items of importance

for parish, community and school since the earthquake.
