Welcome to St Mary's!
If you are looking to hire a venue, why not look to book somewhere with a rich heritage and history based at the heart of Walsgrave.
Whether you have a small or large gathering, whether your celebrating a birthday or running a training session, we have just the space for you.
We would love to show you around and we hope this page gives you lots of information that you need. Please get in touch with us to ask about enquiries.
Spaces for Hire
The Church
The Sanctuary is where we hold large gatherings of up to 140 people. This is where we have church services, funerals, weddings and much more.
We are also open to other large events to suit your needs as we aim to accommodate to every kind.
The Centre
This is our communal space where people can sit down for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee.
We usually gather here on a Wednesday morning as part of fellowship for a couple of minutes.
Please check out our Octagon Room down below and how it can be used to create different seating styles to best fit your interest.
Please check out the floor plan for our beautiful church. You can hire the CHURCH or the CENTRE separately
Time Slots
9am till 1pm which covers the morning slot.
1pm to 5pm which covers the afternoon slot.
5pm to 10pm which cover the evening slot.
We do not operate after 10pm
OR you can hire by the hour.

Prices
To rent a space at St Mary's, it costs a base fee + an hourly rate.
Base fee
Church: £50
Centre: £30
Hourly Rate
£10 - per hour
For example:
Hiring the centre for four hours:
Base Fee + Hourly Rate = Total amount
£30 + £40 = £70

We are located in a beautiful place with greenery all around. Our garden outside the church can be used as a space to go for casual walks around the area. There is also a pathway by the trees to walk around. As our outdoor space is picturesque, people can take pictures around the greenery.
